For security reasons, for TAB is very important that the start date is the date that the customer arrives, to follow bank rules which require to send payouts only after the customer has arrived in hotel.
This is a security measure that works in a similar way with AirBnB, Booking.com and is designed to keep as safe as possible for customers and for our business.
There is still significant value to our business when a customer pays in advance, because we need to get money from you faster and we can to do booking for our partners as deposits for your reservations.
