Payment police and Booking Conditions:
A deposit of 50% of the total cruise price is required to confirm the booking of a private boat or yacht for the selected date.
Deposits through third party services are made in any currency equivalent to the stated amount in Indonesian Rupiah.
Deposits by cash can be made only in Indonesian Rupiah. We are not resfonsible for the bank charges or fee resulting from the transfer of the payment
Full payment is due no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the cruise.
Cancelation police.
In case the cancellation is made less than 10 days before the cruise, the penalty amount is 100%. If canceled less than 20 days prior to the cruise, the penalty amount is 60%.
Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by Bank Indonesia on the day of payment.
Full refund is made in case of inability of the provider to provide the service in full. The term of consideration of the refund - up to 5 calendar days from the date of application.
The term of refund - up to 14 calendar days from the date of decision on refund.
Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that prevent the safe conduct of events. Subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for the decision to carry out or cancel the trip.
